Our studio is open for business!

Our new studio is based in Keith Hay Park Gymnasium in Auckland, which is an Olympic-standard gymnastic facility. This enables us to provide classes that other pilates studios can't. We've taken the best of pilates and combined it with the latest in strengthening, toning, weightloss and functional training to deliver you an incredible exercise experience.

Which class suits you best?

pilatesLITE Difficulty level:
The feel good class on the Elevate menu! This class combines gentle pilates-based exercises that will improve your posture, mobility and circulation. A great class to rejuvinate your body - Bliss!

pilatesCLASSIC Difficulty level:
This is pilates at it's purest! All Joseph Pilate's best moves, delivering the strength, postural alignment and function you expect from this great exercise method. If it's good enough for top New Zealand athletes, it's good enough for you right!

pilatesFIT Difficulty level:
Pilates + cardio = pilatesFIT. This is a high intensity interval class designed to give you the combined benefits of pilates strength and cardiovascular fat burning ... and the downside is?

pilatesCHALLENGE Difficulty level:
Think a little less pilates and a little more bootcamp! Anybody can have a go at this high energy class, but not everyone will be able to hack it! pilatesCHALLENGE is a functional training class in a gymnastic facility that will turn your body into a finely tuned machine!
